Cosmic space was the inspiration for some of my woven pieces. No-Full is an attempt to refer to the influence of the moon on humans. Each phase of the moon is closely related to many aspects of our life. Sometimes it appears as unjustified anxiety, insomnia and irritability. Perhaps the reason for such unpleasant states is perfectly finished Full. Only a total eclipse can be equal with it; all other moon configurations with respect to earth and sun allow to observe the boundaries between light and darkness, what’s illuminated and what is left in the darkness.

Two circular forms refer to the moon shields being in two extreme phases: total eclipse and Full – but not total. That’s my moon spell to dismiss undesirable influence, at least to weaken them. Circular tapestries are exposed together in this way they tend to overlap to varying degrees distorting the outer circular outline. Sometimes is seen as a dominator the shield of the light, some other time - shadow shield. It’s on the color of the wall on the background as well as on the degree of overlapping depends the shape of the moon in not fully.  And the most important place of this composition is this the most contrast, that is the contact white and black, symbolic boundary between light and darkness. What is commonly associated with good and evil.

The spherical shield has been emphasized by me thanks to such method of warping where the warp threads come from one point and spread radially. The weft thread starts from the point of convergence of the warp and going through the next threads of the weft towards the outer.
